Wire Annealing Machine Description:

  1. The annealer, oven and tinning furnace is tube type. Easy to replace and maintenance.
  2. The two ends of the furnace tube all ceramic sleeve design, to prevent the wire be scratched.
  3. The water tank is re-cycle design and with water tank and pump.
  4. The two ends of the hauling drum with revolving joints and can connect the re-cycle water for cooling.
  5. The take up is 44 heads single layer design. Another four heads is for prepare.
  6. Is fit for human’s height. Can be operated easily.
