FC-90 serial insulating production extruder line

Usage:

It is applied to drawing and extrude BV building wire, LAN cable and local cable.

Merits:

  1. Integrated design of annealing and pre-heating, equipped with automatic tension adjusting system, and ensure the wire diameter uniformity of the copper wire elongation and conductor.
  2. The plastic extruder main machine using non-adjustable crosshead, which can ensure concentricity of core wire over 95%.
