Plastic flat mesh (extruded mesh) is a mesh product made from plastic particles such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), melted by an extruder, formed by a rotating die, cooled and solidified.

It is made of PE/PP plastic with anti-aging additives, which is not ordinary plastic. The weather resistance is extremely strong, reaching 10-15 years, which means it can stably function in various harsh natural environments. The weight of a single roll is between 30-50kg, which not only ensures the strength of the product, but also takes into account the characteristics of lightweight and easy handling. Even an adult can easily move it, making transportation and installation convenient.

Sun and frost resistance
It can maintain its shape in extreme temperature environments ranging from -30 ℃ to 70 ℃. Like the cold winter in the north, wire mesh may become brittle and prone to breakage due to low temperatures, but this plastic flat mesh is safe and sound; In the scorching summer of the south, it will not soften due to high temperatures. It will not become brittle after being used outdoors for up to 10 years. In contrast, wire mesh usually begins to rust after 3-5 years, greatly shortening its service life and posing safety hazards.
