    • Rising film evaporator

      TOPTION rising film evaporator is used to remove and recover most of the ethanol to obtain an extract with only a small amount of ethanol remaining. Its main advantage include 200L/hr~1000L/hr evaporation capacity flexible design, the ethanol recovery rate can be as high as 95%, for example, for a 200L rising film evaporator

      • The actual ethanol collection volume is 200L in the collection tank for 1 hour.
      • Gear pump feeds and discharges, without stopping the feed, working continuously for 24 hours.
      • Double plates for condensation, no waste of ethanol.
      • Semi-strong film formation, a larger vapor-liquid evaporation area with a smaller volume.
