3) The low-voltage winding is made of aluminum orcopper foil and wound with insulating foil pre-im-pregnated with epoxy resin.The coil is cured in anoven to form a very compact winding.
4) The encapsulation process is a key stage withinthe manufacturing process Encapsulation is car-ried out under the most rigorous conditions inorder to ensure optimum insulating and mechani-cal characteristics.
5) In the vacuum casting chamber,the resin is pouredinto the mold to cure and form a high strength FRPbody structure.
