General Description:

HY Energy focused on design production and application of high performance and reliable small wind turbine products. HYE owns 35 patent designs on wind turbine blades, slip ring, rotor structure, over-speed controller system etc. Each and every component of HYE wind turbine is independently designed and manufactured in house.

HYE factory owns advanced wind turbine quality testing equipment and a strict quality control system, all products will go through 22 quality control processes in factory facility.

Wind Turbine Installation:

• Installation on site is simple, mainly including mounting blades on the hub, securing the hub to the turbine body, installing the nosecone on the blade hub and mounting wind turbine on the pole.

Controller Installation:

• All mounting work must only be performed by professional personnel.

Locate the product where easy to install, electrical connection and service.

All cables must be undamaged, properly insulated and adequately dimensioned.

Make sure that all cables are firmly attached. Unsecured cables create loose and resistive connections which may lead to excessive heating and /or fire.

• Follow the connection steps to connect the wires.
