Main structure:

2.1 The whole machine has 5 sections: glass loading section, washing section, drying section, unloading section and control panel.

2.2 The whole machine use gear transmission. With the use of Vulcanized rubber roller.

2.3 The glass inlet section has a pre-washing section to spray water on the glass.

2.4 This washing section uses belt height adjusting structure, with 4 pairs of brushes.

2.5 The drying section has 3 pairs of water sponges, up and lower side use electric heating tube (temperature adjustable)

2.6 After water absorbing, there is a powerful hot air drying section to dry the glass completely. The temperature of the heater is adjustable on the control panel.

2.7 The whole machine is covered by stainless steel.
