Spooling Device Winch is a winch equipment specifically designed for neatly and orderly winding and discharging steel wire ropes or cables. Its core feature is equipped with a precision winding mechanism, commonly known as a "coiler" or "cable guide".

Unlike ordinary winches that simply stack cables on a drum, the cable winding winch uses a laterally movable cable guide device to accurately guide the cables layer by layer, tightly and parallelly arranged on the drum during winding or releasing.
