Matters Need to Attention
- Clean the fitting surface of the shaft before installation to avoid scratches and guarantee coaxiality.
- Do not strike the shaft violently to prevent bending and deformation of step sections.
- Apply even force during fitting bearings and drums to avoid shaft eccentricity from unilateral extrusion.
- Fill lubricating grease regularly to reduce wear; keep anti-rust treatment during storage.
- Stop operation for maintenance once shaft surface scratches or bending deformation occur.
