Designed for Ø139.8±0.5 mm umbilical cable, this 1500 mm sheave delivers 20‑ton safe working load with DAF 3 dynamic factor. It permits ±0.5‑degree sideways cable deflection and sustains full‑force impact loads over extended operating hours, protecting expensive umbilical cables against crushing, friction and sheath damage.

This heavy‑load marine cable guide sheave is a fully machined critical component widely deployed within offshore marine engineering and heavy‑duty winch systems. 3.20 Ton SWL Heavy‑Load Marine Cable Guide Sheave 1500 mm Advantage

  1. Optimized cable groove with adapted slot radius. The special groove contour fits the outer profile of umbilical cables perfectly. It effectively disperses surface contact pressure and reduces squeezing friction, greatly lowering risks of cable sheath cracking and abrasion.
