1.Description

This winch drum assembly is a core welded structural component for tower crane hoisting systems, specially designed for double-line Lebus grooving steel wire rope winding. It consists of barrel welding assembly, left/right end plates, rib plates, rope guide plates, rope pressing plates, baffle plates and standard fastener accessories.

The whole part adopts full shot blasting anti-corrosion treatment, all welding seams pass ultrasonic flaw detection, and the rope groove undergoes precision machining to guarantee smooth wire rope winding and long service life. Total estimated finished weight is 9 tons.
