This Lebus polymer nylon drum sleeve enables orderly wire rope winding. It features a right-hand 60° design, suitable for 12mm diameter steel wire rope with 12.2mm groove pitch.

Mounted on lifting drums, it forms standard Lebus rope grooves to guide wire ropes and avoid overlapping and squeezing.

It separates wire ropes from metal drum surfaces, widely applied for winches and crane equipment. Custom sizes can be offered according to customer requirements. All products are manufactured strictly following specified dimensions to ensure precise fitting.

Constructed from polymer nylon material. Designed with Lebus type rope groove of 60° right-hand rotation. Suitable for steel wire rope with diameter Φ12±0.15mm, and the groove pitch is 12.2mm.

The sleeve connects to bare drum via bolt assembly, equipped with 18 pieces of M8 hex socket cap screws. It guides orderly wire rope winding, avoids rope overlapping and squeezing. Supports 9-layer winding, with the rope capacity reaching 660 meters. Strictly manufactured according to specified dimensional standards to realize accurate matching with the drum and steel wire rope.
