This drum sleeve is integrally molded with high-strength polymer nylon, featuring wear and tear resistance for all kinds large steel wire rope drums.
The material has excellent self-lubricating property, which greatly reduces abrasion of steel ropes and extends service life of cables and reels.
It resists extreme temperature, corrosion and aging, free from cracking or deformation under long-term heavy-load outdoor working conditions.
- Integrated forming structure: The walkway platform and drum liner are integrally molded without splicing gaps, achieving perfect fitting and uniform stress distribution to prevent delamination and displacement.
- Non-conductive & non-magnetic: The polymer nylon material neither conducts electricity nor transmits magnetism, eliminating risks of wire rope magnetization and static sparking, ideal for explosion-proof and magnetically sensitive working environments.
- Self-lubricating & rope-protective: Excellent self-lubricating performance reduces friction damage to steel wire ropes, avoiding wire fraying and breakage to extend the service life of cables and metal reels.

- Matters Need to Attention
- Do not drop or violently impact during handling and installation. Heavy impact will cause hidden cracks on nylon liner, leading to rapid damage in service.
- Avoid long-term soaking or contact with strong acid, alkali and organic solvents, which will embrittle nylon. Take sunshade protection under outdoor high temperature environment.
- Overload winding is prohibited. Long-term heavy extrusion causes permanent dent deformation.
- No welding or cutting on the liner surface. High temperature will carbonize nylon and damage its non-conductive and non-magnetic properties.
