Product Introduction

Materials of the sleeves: Low-carbon steel 20#,16Mn,Q235B,Q355B/D/E

The use the sleeves: Welded or bolted to the smooth drum core of the winch
Rotation direction of the sleeves: Left or Right
Processing equipment: CNC machining center
Working environment: Indoor, outdoor, rain and dust environment
Working altitude: No more than 2000M
Working Temperature: -40~+50 CentigradWelded or bolted to the smooth drum core of the winch
Product application:

1. Marine ship machinery: offshore oil crane winch, mooring winch, traction winch, towing winch, anchor winch and hydrological winch
2. Petroleum industry: oil drilling rig, oil logging truck winch, oil workover rig, wiper, oil truck winch, etc

Product structure:

Split wire rope groove sleeve: grooved split sleeves can be placed over smooth and ungrooved drums – suitable for modification or replacement of drum.
Split-sleeve system consists of a pair of outer shells that are bolted or welded onto a smooth drum to provide a grooving pattern,The split sleeve is composed of spiral groove and parallel groove,the groove design conforms to the specified wire rope structure, diameter and length.

Technical performance:

Winch (drawworks) is the core component of the oil rig, mainly used to deliver tools, hoist/descend s and run the drilling tools and pipe shrouds into the well during the drilling process.
