LEBUS sleeves

The way to save money is to use a smooth druml and an outer bushing with a groove for the line, cut the bushing horizontally in two parts and bolt or weld it to or weld it to the smooth drum. If a different type or specification of wire rope is used in the future, the bushing can be removed and replaced with a bushing designed for the new wire rope. The lebus groove system ensures that the multi-layer winding wire rope on the reel is completely smooth into and out of the drum, and can greatly prolong the life of the wire rope. Grooved Sleeves(Shell)

Split-sleeve consists of a pair of outer shells that are bolted or welded onto a smooth drum. We can manufacture spiral groove and lebus groove.

The split-sleeve depends on the drum’s size,wire rope diameter and length. The sleeves is composed of a sleeve cut in half, which can be fixed to a smooth drum by welding or bolted fastening. Lebus sleeve Processing way

The rope groove system is formed into a sleeve with groove shape, also known as LEBUS sleeve. After finishing, it is cut into two pieces along the direction of 180 degrees, and finally welded with the drum body. This method can reduce machining time and improve machining efficiency. When the rope groove needs to be replaced for a long time, the outer sleeve can be replaced directly, saving 500% of the cost.

What is the welding process of steel sheet drum group?

Adopting plate blanking roll cylinder and weld longitudinal welds, checking longitudinal welds and geometric dimensions of cylinder (diameter, length, inner diameter ellipticity tolerance, etc.).
