1. Single axle weighing capacity
With the development of vehicle refitting technology and material performance, the vehicle overrun capacity has also been improved. Malignant overrun vehicles with four axles exceeding 100 tons and six axles exceeding 150 tons have also appeared from time to time. The rear axle weight of such vehicles often exceeds 40 tons, causing great damage to roads and bridges. However, the maximum weight of traditional dynamic truck scale is only 40 tons, which cannot accurately weigh such vehicles.
2. Test data transmission
After the total weight of vehicle and cargo, number of vehicle axles, on-site photos, vehicle license plate and other relevant information are processed on site, they are transmitted to the background data server through the operator network or optical fiber direct connection. The road administration personnel can master the traffic conditions of vehicles through the internal network.
