The GCK Series Low-Voltage Switchgear is a high-performance, fully withdrawable power distribution cabinet designed for AC 50/60Hz systems with rated voltages up to 690V. It is the industry-standard solution for Motor Control Centers (MCC) and main distribution boards in power plants, industrial factories, and large-scale commercial infrastructures.

The GCK system utilizes a modular "C-type" profile frame, allowing for high-density circuit integration. Each functional unit (drawer) is physically isolated, enabling maintenance or unit replacement without de-energizing the main busbar. This ensures maximum operational continuity and prevents the risk of internal arc propagation, making it essential for facilities where downtime is not an option.

  • Form 3b/4b Internal Separation: Physical partitioning between the busbar, functional units, and cable compartments ensures that a fault in one area does not affect the entire board.

GCK/GCS/MNS Low-voltage extraction switchgear complete set of switchgear is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V low-voltage distribution system. It contains the functions of power center (PC) and motor control center (MCC), the technical parameters are up to the national standards, with beautiful appearance, high electrical performance, high protection level, safe and reliable,easy maintenance and other characteristics, is the metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, electric power, machinery, light textile and other industries low-voltage power supply system distribution device.

This product conforms to IEC-439, GB7251.1 standard.

Operating environment conditions

The altitude does not exceed 2,000 meters above sea level.
1, the ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than +35℃.
2, atmospheric conditions: the air is clean, the relative humidity at the temperature of +40 DEG C is not more than 50%, the
temperature is low to allow a higher relative humidity, such as +20 DEG C is 90%.
3, no fire, explosion danger, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration of the place.
4. Tilt with vertical plane not more than 5°.
5, the control center is suitable for the following temperature transport and storage process: -25℃ ~+55℃, in a short time (not more than 24h) not more than +70℃.
