LH-9265 is a modified weather-resistant anhydride hardener.

Applications

Outdoor electrical insulators for medium and high voltage applications, such as 12kV-40.5kV contact boxes, insulators, bushings, and other insulation products.

Processing Methods

Conventional gravity casting process under vacuum.
Automatic pressure gelation process (APG).
Production process is adjustable according to client’s present production methods.

Properties

Two-component saturated cyclic epoxy resin system without pre-mixed fillers, liquid at room temperature.
Excellent resistance to thermal shock, superior environmental resistance, and superior mechanical and dielectric properties.
