LE-9216F is a modified BPA (bisphenol A) type epoxy resin.

LH-9216F is a liquid modified carboxylic acid anhydride hardener.

Applications

  • Designed for indoor electrical insulation in medium and high voltage applications.
  • Suitable for use in insulators, transformers, and other insulation products.

Processing Methods

  • Conventional Gravity Casting Process under vacuum.
  • Automatic Pressure Gelation Process (APG).
  • The production process can be adjusted to fit the client's existing manufacturing practices.

Properties

  • This two-component saturated cyclic epoxy resin system is free of pre-mixed fillers and remains liquid at room temperature.
  • Offers excellent thermal shock resistance, superior environmental durability, and outstanding mechanical and dielectric properties.
