The edge beam automatic welding system is unity of longitudinal& circular welding equipment . It is suitable for longitudinal welding ,circular welding and plate welding of big diameter welding pipe and barrel. Applicabled to various kinds of nonferrous metal, such as stainless steel,Titanium, etc.: Diameter ranged from 273mm-2500mm and thickness range from 2mm to 20mm.
Widely used in different pressure vessels, dyeing & equipment, food equipment, environment-protection equipment and pharmacy equipment, We adopt plasma to realize single-side welding& double-side molding. fine welding quality, perfect appearance ,steady quality, small deformation .V shape beveling is necessary while plate thickness is over 8mm, meanwhile argon arc and submerged arc as base , plasma as cover,6 meter,9 meter and 12 meter workpiece can be customized.
