Product Overview

Crimped wire mesh, also known as pre-crimped woven mesh, is manufactured through a unique pre-crimp process: metal wires are pressed into regular waves first, then interwoven with interlocked crimps without welding spots. The interlocking wave structure fixes every wire firmly, delivering stable mesh openings, high structural strength and outstanding deformation resistance, far superior to welded wire mesh.

We offer multiple weaving types including double crimp, lock crimp, flat top crimp and single crimp to fit light filtration, medium separation and heavy-duty mining screening respectively. All sizes, materials and processing methods can be fully customized.
