Step 1 — Select Your Item Customers browse available swimming gear on the 21.5-inch touch screen — viewing product details, availability, and pricing before making their selection.
Step 2 — Authorize Payment Payment is made by card or mobile wallet. A deposit is pre-authorized and temporarily frozen in the customer's account — no charge is made at this stage.
Step 3 — Collect Your Gear The corresponding locker compartment unlocks automatically. The customer collects their goggles, swim cap, or accessory along with a receipt containing a unique return code.
Step 4 — Return Your Item After use, the customer enters the return code on the touch screen and places the item back into the designated compartment.
Step 5 — Automatic Settlement The system calculates the rental duration and charges accordingly. Any remaining deposit balance is automatically refunded to the customer's account — fully transparent, fully automated, no staff involvement required.
The locker vending machine supports both sales and rental within the same unit. Operators can sell disposable items like swim caps alongside rentable reusable gear such as goggles — all through a single self-service interface. One machine, two revenue streams, zero complexity.
Locker size and layout can be configured to accommodate the full range of swimming accessories — from individually packaged swim caps and goggle cases to folded towels and bundled accessory sets. Every compartment is organized, hygienic, and assigned to a specific transaction for accurate tracking.
The large touch screen displays full product details for every item in the machine — including whether an item is available to buy or rent, pricing, and product specifications. Swimmers make informed decisions quickly and independently, without needing to find a staff member to ask.
