Description:

The concept of good quality product brings more efficiency in production, lead us to produce a more efficient, longer lifetime, better smooth surface for panel sanding - WEEM 1127 SIC Y-CLOTH ABRASIVE. It is built with premium silicon carbide grains, resin over resin, close coated on durable, and stiffness heavy Y-wt waterproof polyester cloth backing. Antistatic treatment is in place to avoid clogging.

Silicon carbide is a very hard and crystal structure that produces fine straight-edged grind lines. It is superior for its ability to penetrate with light cutting pressures. Silicon carbide grain is primarily used for grinding nonferrous materials such as wood, brass, copper, bronze, and, glass, rubber, and plastics. It is also used to finish polyurethanes, primers, lacquers, and sealers.

An even closed coat product has a higher number of abrasives cutting points per square inch and results in a higher stock removal rate and a long time before the abrasive wears out. Normally results in a better finish.
