1. What is Wedge Mesh Element?

Wedge wire filter element also named wedge wire screen is made of V-shape profile wire and longitudinal support rods. Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded which makes it has sturdy construction and good mechanical property.
The scraper is scraped in the direction of the gap and is suitable for conventional filtration requirements. The filtration surface is very smooth and flat, which reduce the abrasion of filter scraper blade.
