Description

Product Description

The ceramic lined wear-resistant pipe adopts a composite structure design of "alumina ceramic lining + metal outer layer": the inner layer is made of high-quality alumina ceramic (purity ≥92%), with a Mohs hardness of 9, and has super wear resistance; the outer layer is made of low-carbon steel or stainless steel to provide structural support and compressive resistance. Through a special process, the ceramic and metal are closely combined, which not only retains the high wear resistance of ceramics but also has the strength and toughness of metal pipes, and can adapt to the material transportation needs under different pressures and temperatures.

As a conveying equipment designed for high-wear conditions, the ceramic-lined wear-resistant pipe has become an ideal choice for cement, steel, thermal power, ports, chemicals, mining, coal, smelting, engineering machinery, and other industries with its excellent wear resistance, effectively solving the problem of pipeline loss in the transportation of various hard materials.

Core Features of the Product

Extreme wear resistance: The wear resistance of alumina ceramic lining is 10-20 times that of ordinary steel pipes and 5-8 times that of high-chromium cast iron pipes. It can withstand long-term erosion of hard materials with a particle size of ≤50mm and a flow rate of ≤30m/s.

Stable and reliable structure: The bonding strength between ceramic and metal is ≥20MPa, and it is not easy to fall off under working conditions such as vibration, impact, and temperature changes. The impact strength is above 12MPa.

Corrosion resistance range: It can operate stably in an environment of -50℃-300℃, and can withstand corrosive media such as acid, alkali, and salt spray. It is suitable for complex working conditions in multiple industries.

Smooth conveying design: The inner wall is smooth (roughness Ra≤0.8μm), the material flow resistance is small, the blockage phenomenon is reduced, and the conveying efficiency is improved by 15%-30%.
Flexible customization of specifications: supports different pipe diameters from DN50 to DN1200mm, as well as straight pipes, elbows, tees, reducers, and other structures, which can be customized according to equipment size and conveying path.

FAQ
Q1: How is the wear resistance of ceramic-lined pipes? How much can it be improved compared with ordinary steel pipes?
A: Our ceramic-lined pipes use 95%~99% alumina ceramics, with a Mohs hardness of 9, and a wear resistance of 8~15 times that of ordinary steel pipes. According to the ASTM G65 test, under the same working conditions, the wear of ordinary steel pipes is 1.2cm³, while our ceramic pipes are only 0.018cm³, and the life can be extended by 5~8 years.
Q2:What are the connection methods for ceramic-lined wear-resistant pipes?
It supports flange connection, welding connection, and quick connector connection. It can be adapted according to the customer's existing pipeline system and provide connection accessories drawings.
Q3:How to determine whether the pipeline needs to be replaced?
It is recommended to regularly check the pipeline wall thickness (when the wear exceeds 30% of the original thickness) or replace it in time when there is local leakage or abnormal vibration. We can provide inspection guidance.
Q4:Do you provide installation technical support?
Yes, we provide detailed installation manuals (including CAD drawings). For complex working conditions, we can dispatch technicians to provide on-site guidance and assist in formulating installation plans.
Q5:Can the product packaging be customized according to customer requirements?
Yes. We support customized packaging according to customers' special needs, such as using packaging materials of specific packaging materials, printing customer-specified logos or information on the packaging, etc. Customized packaging requires communication with us in advance to confirm relevant details and the cycle.
