Our Alumina Ceramic Embedded Rubber Hose integrates the flexibility of nitrile rubber with the exceptional wear resistance of alumina ceramic. The inner wall features hexagonal alumina ceramic tiles (Al₂O₃ ≥ 95%) precision-embedded into the nitrile rubber, delivering superior protection against abrasion from slurries, powders, and granular materials. The outer tube is crafted from high-toughness nitrile rubber, reinforced with polyester canvas and high-elasticity steel wire, enabling the hose to withstand high operating pressures while maintaining excellent flexibility.

This innovative composite construction offers the best of both materials – the impact absorption of nitrile rubber and the hardness of ceramic – making it ideal for demanding industrial applications where ordinary hoses fail prematurely.
