Water Well Drilling Rig introduce

ST series deep(water) well drlling rig uses full hydraulic control and the top drive to drive the rotation of drilling tools with very high drilling efficiency. Reasonable overall layout uses the tractor-mounted or all terrain chassis for transportation with good maneuverability. Very flexible in difficult roads, it can be widely used in many fields such as resource exploration of hydrology wells, coalbed methane, shallow layer of shale gas, terrestrial heat, etc, and can also be used for coal-mine gas exploitation or salvage work.

Water Well Drilling Rig Performance Characteristics

Common faults and maintenance methods of drilling rigs:

Fault 1: Insufficient pressure in the hydraulic system of the drilling rig, and fatigue of the pressure regulating valve requires adjusting the limit nut or replacing the spring.
Fault 2: The drilling rig coupling heats up and the elastic ring is excessively worn; The reason is that the coaxiality between the drilling rig power machine and the clutch is poor, and it is necessary to improve the assembly coaxiality;
Fault 3: If the oil pump of the drilling rig fails to start or the oil level is insufficient, first check the oil level in the oil tank and add oil to the oil level line. If the fault is still not resolved, check whether the filter is blocked. In addition, check whether the oil tank vent is blocked or if the oil suction pipe joint is loose and intake is caused;
Fault 4: The hoist brake of the drilling rig slips, mainly due to oil stains inside the brake band that need to be removed; If there is no oil stains, check the gap between the brake band and brake wheel. If it is too loose, adjust it appropriately;
So, it is necessary for operators to regularly clean, maintain, and upkeep the drilling rig, promptly identify the root cause of problems and take action, so that the use time of the drilling rig will be longer.
