Operation Guidelines
  • Fill suction pipe, bottom valve and pump body with water before starting
  • Reciprocate piston twice before starting; begin with no load
  • Test mud sand content frequently (should not exceed 10%)
  • For multiple speed pumps, operate each speed separately for ≥30 minutes
  • Never change speed during operation - stop pump first
  • Stop immediately for any abnormal noise, pressure changes, or temperature rise
  • For long-term storage, drain all mud/sand and apply anti-rust measures
