Automatic Water Softening Equipment For Brewing & Juice Production

This fully automatic water softener is specifically designed for breweries, fruit juice, and beverage production lines. It effectively removes calcium and magnesium hardness ions from raw water, preventing limescale buildup on boilers, evaporators, sterilizers, and pipeline systems. The stable low-hardness water ensures consistent taste, color, and shelf life of beer, fruit juice, and drinks while complying with food-grade water standards for food processing facilities.

Food-Grade Safe Water Output

Utilizes food-grade cation exchange resin and corrosion-resistant FRP tank with food-safe lining. Eliminates secondary pollution and fully meets water quality requirements for brewing and juice production.

Stable Product Flavor & Quality

Hard ions can react with fruit acid and malt components, causing precipitation, turbid liquid, and flavor deviation. Softened water eliminates these issues, maintaining consistent beverage taste and extending product shelf life.

24-Hour Non-Stop Production Support

Available with duplex tank alternate operation model. One tank supplies soft water continuously while the other automatically regenerates, eliminating shutdowns during mass beverage production.

Intelligent Unattended Operation

Equipped with flow-time dual control automatic valve that completes backwashing, brine suction, and rinsing automatically. Features salt shortage reminder and power-off memory function to minimize manual management.

Reduce Factory Operating Costs

Soft water prevents frequent descaling of heating and concentration equipment, reducing chemical cleaning and maintenance expenses. Also prevents pipeline blockage and lowers energy consumption of heating devices.

Working Process

Raw water enters the resin tank where calcium and magnesium hard ions are adsorbed by resin to produce low-hardness soft water for brewing, juice mixing, and cleaning procedures.

When resin reaches adsorption saturation, the system automatically switches to the spare tank for continuous water supply. The saturated tank runs a full automatic regeneration cycle and becomes ready for alternate use after completion.
