10LPH Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Machine
Commercial 10 LPH RO Plant for Laboratory Use
Product Overview
10L Per Hour RO System Laboratory Use Water Treatment Machine in Box Style Configuration
Reverse Osmosis Technology
Reverse Osmosis (RO) utilizes selective permeation under external pressure to achieve desalination, purification, and concentration separation. This advanced water treatment method effectively removes most ions, fine particles, bacteria, and organic impurities from water, providing an economical and efficient purification solution.
System Operation
The RO system employs a high-pressure pump to continuously feed high-salt water into the reverse osmosis device, which consists of RO membrane elements and pressure vessels. The process separates influent water into low-osmosis salt solution and brine concentrate, with liquid permeability precisely controlled by regulating valves.
Optional Configurations
- TOC Remover - Effectively destroys microorganism DNA and removes Total Organic Carbon
- Microporous Bacterial Filter - Enhanced microbial filtration through physical filtration
- Sterile Conical Water Tank - Equipped with disinfection system and air filtration
- Mobile Rocker Water Collection Device - Flexible water dispensing solution
