Dismantling joint

1. PRODUCT PROFILE

Dismantling Joints play a decisive role in the design and layout of pipelines and valves. They are an essential aid during the installation and removal of pipe sections and valves. Without a dismantling joint offering longitudinal adjustment, it is almost impossible to insert a valve exactly into a pipe section.

Dismantling Joint is assembled by a double flanged compositive fitting acting a retractile action between a flanged spigot and a flange adaptor. It designed to provide longitudinal adjustment in flanged systems. It provide a simple method for the installation and removal of flanged products.Our dismantling joint are manufactured as semi-rigid. Upon request, full rigid and telescopic types are also available.

2. FEATURES

· ±25mm longitudinal adjustment simplifies future pipework modifications, reducing down time

· Facilitates dismantling and reassembly in situ on the pipeline when bracketed to a flanged valve while guaranteeing continued mechanical resistance

· The substantial adjustable travel of these products means the “face to face” tolerances of the equipment to be installed is no longer a concern

· Makes placing joint rings between flanges easier, even those with inserts

· Special configurations and high pressure alternatives are available on request
