Product Description:

This surface sizing agent represents an innovative formulation, created through the copolymerization of styrene and ester. It demonstrates remarkable compatibility with starch, effectively forming strong cross - linkages that endow it with excellent hydrophobic characteristics.

Featuring the benefits of reduced application amount, lower production costs, and user - friendly operation, it excels in film formation and enhancing the mechanical properties of paper. Specifically designed for the surface sizing process of cardboard, corrugated paper, craft paper, and other similar paper products, it provides a reliable solution for improving paper quality.

2. It is capable of partially substituting internal sizing agents, reducing reliance on traditional sizing methods while maintaining sizing effectiveness.

Use Method:

The product is weak cationic, it can be used with cation and nonionic additive, such as cationic starch,basic dye and polyvinyl alcohol etc, but cannot be mix used with additive of strong cation.

The consumption of the product depends on the quality of base paper, internal sizing and size resistance. It is usually 0.5-2.5% of oven dry weight.
