The UPSD is a double-head model of the UPS three-speed pump, which is used in heating and air conditioning systems. The UPSD is installed in positions where both working and standby operations are required to achieve higher reliability.

UPSD 65-120 F 340 The pump is of the canned rotor type. For example, the pump and the motor form an integrated device without a shaft seal, but with only two gaskets for sealing. The bearings are lubricated by the conveyed liquid. In order to avoid problems related to handling, the most important thing is to limit the amount of pump materials as much as possible. The pump can have the following characteristics: 1.A three-speed electric motor. 2.Ceramic radial bearings. 3.Graphite axial bearings. 4.A stainless steel rotor can, backing plate and rotor cladding. 5.An aluminum alloy stator housing. 6.A cast iron pump casing. 7.A stator equipped with a built-in thermal control switch.

This motor is a three-phase motor.

The double-headed pump is equipped with a relay assembly in the terminal box. Therefore, the pump can be directly connected to the power supply. The relay assembly can have three different operation modes:

Interactive operation.
Standby operation.
Single-pump operation.
