Product Overview


  • The XBD - G vertical motor fire pump unit (vertical single - stage fire pump unit) series is a new - generation pipeline fire pump unit developed by our company in accordance with the latest fire pump standards and the mandatory certification requirements for fire - fighting products. Its performance and technical conditions comply with the relevant requirements of the national standards GB 6245 Fire Pumps and GB 55036 General Code for Fire - Fighting Facilities.

Product Features


  • Direct - connection type with a compact structure; the pump body adopts a streamlined design; the arrangement of reinforcing ribs is simple and the appearance is beautiful.
  • The hydraulic model adopts CFD optimization design. Through the three - dimensional design theory, model optimization design, and pump dynamic characteristic analysis methods, the pump efficiency is maximally improved, and the high - efficiency operation range of the pump is broadened. The molds for the parts of the flow - through components are formed by numerical control, and the castings are made by resin sand molding, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the parts.
  • The main structural components adopt FEM optimization design to review the rationality of the structural design of the parts and the load - bearing requirements.
  • High - efficiency three - phase asynchronous motors are selected. The efficiency index complies with the energy - efficiency standard of GB18613 Energy - efficiency Limitation Values and Energy - efficiency Grades for Small and Medium - sized Three - phase Asynchronous Motors. The motor protection level is IP55, and the insulation class is F - class.
