The P61103-104848 Plate & Shell Heat Exchanger is a high-efficiency heat exchange device that combines the dual advantages of plate heat exchangers and shell-and-tube heat exchangers. Adopting the industry-proven fully welded process and a corrugated plate bundle core structure, it can adapt to the harsh heat exchange conditions of high temperature, high pressure and variable load across multiple industries, serving as a core supporting equipment for heat exchange and energy recovery in industrial production.

This product uses a plasma-welded corrugated plate pack as the core heat transfer element, which replaces the heat exchange tube bundle of traditional shell-and-tube heat exchangers and is integrated into a sealed shell. The rubber sealing gasket design is eliminated, and the hermetic isolation between plates is achieved through a fully welded process. During operation, the hot and cold fluids flow countercurrently in the independent flow channels formed by the plate bundle and the shell respectively. Relying on the high thermal conductivity and turbulence-enhanced design of the corrugated plates, efficient heat transfer is realized with a minimum heat exchange temperature difference of 1℃, and the heat exchange efficiency is far superior to that of traditional shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
