Microcomputer automatic washing and filling machine is a special equipment for automatic filling of pure water. Bottle rinsing:

There are several times rinsing with different liquid, such as disinfecting water, hot alkali water, clean water, etc. It only needs 1 person to put empty bottle into the bottle putting position, then machine will deliver bottle to every rinsing positions. Rinsing nozzle can insert into 10-15cm of the barrel in order to rinse little impurities down.

Bottle filling:

After rinsing, the clean bottle, through the bottle washing transmission mechanism, fall on the push bottle rack, the push bottle cylinder moves to push the empty bottle to the filling position, start filling, filling time by using according to the need to adjust.

Capping:

This machine adopts 1 pcs roller capping, automatic cap loading susye, helps bottle get the cap automatically, then roller capping system will help press the cap step by step during the bottle moving, which can save production time. and whole capping part is fully covered in the machine, so the process is very clean.

Cap loader:

It is equipped with a cap loader system on the top of machine, people only need to caps into this tank of cap loading system, then caps will be automatically drop into cap tunnel in right way.
