HILHELM Seawater-Resistant Eco-Friendly Interior Cabin Paint incorporates advanced steel anti-corrosion coating protection technology, delivering long-lasting, highly effective protection for rusty and unprepared steel surfaces. This innovative solution significantly extends the service life of anti-corrosion topcoats while simplifying the coating process, making it more efficient, economical, and environmentally friendly.

The technology utilizes a novel chemical chelation process that transforms rust on iron surfaces into a hydrophobic passivation layer. Unlike traditional manual or mechanical rust removal methods, this rust-conversion anti-corrosion system provides continuous, long-lasting inhibition of rust formation, offering superior protection before rust recurrence.

Recommended Application Process

  3. Apply HILHELM Water-Based Anti-Rust Paint (coverage: approximately 80m² with two coats)
Storage and Shelf Life

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool place at 5–35°C. Protect from freezing. Never store in iron containers. Do not return unused emulsion to the container.

Shelf Life: Under normal storage conditions, the product remains stable for more than 12 months. After 12 months, check for uniformity and absence of deterioration. If product appears normal, performance will not be affected.
