The DAF-BW dissolved air flotation system is specifically designed for brewery and winery wastewater treatment. Brewing and winemaking processes generate high-strength organic wastewater containing yeast cells, trub (hop and protein residues), spent grains, grape pomace, and cleaning-in-place (CIP) chemicals. This DAF system uses advanced micro-bubble dissolved air technology to efficiently float and separate yeast, suspended solids, and colloidal organic matter from process effluent.
