Working principle

The working principle of the screw conveyor is based on the friction and thrust between the rotating spiral blades and the materials: When the driving device drives the screw shaft and the spiral blades fixed on the shaft to rotate, the blades will exert an axial thrust on the materials inside the casing. Due to the gravitational force of the materials and the friction with the inner wall of the casing, the materials will not rotate along with the spiral blades, but are continuously pushed by the blades and move forward along the axis direction of the casing, eventually being discharged from the discharge port. This process is similar to "screw material pushing", and the continuous transportation of materials is achieved through the rotation of the spiral blades.
