The core of our plant lies in the "adsorption" and "elution" process. After fine grinding and cyanidation, the gold-bearing slurry flows through our optimized series of adsorption tanks. Here, activated carbon acts as the "gold hunter," efficiently capturing the gold-cyanide complex. The loaded carbon is then transferred to the elution and electro-winning system, where gold is stripped and deposited as high-purity sludge, ready for smelting into gold bars.

A. Crushing and Screening
Raw ore is fed into a vibrating feeder and then crushed by a jaw crusher.
The crushed ore is further processed by cone crushers (coarse and fine crushing).
After crushing, the ore is screened, and oversize materials are returned to the crushers in a closed-circuit system.
B. Leaching and Adsorption
The slurry enters 8 leaching tanks. Sodium cyanide is added in the first tank, and activated carbon is added from the second to the eighth tank.
Gold is adsorbed by carbon through a counter-current flow system. Gold-loaded carbon is separated, cleaned, and sent to the desorption & electrolysis system.
C. Tailings Water Treatment
Tailings slurry is pumped to a filter press for solid-liquid separation.
* Solid tailings are discharged and transported to the yard
* Water is recycled back into the system
D. Gold-Loaded Carbon Treatment
Gold-loaded carbon is processed by desorption & electrolysis to produce gold dust.
The gold dust is smelted into gold bars in a melting furnace.
