Tunnel-type continuous operation structure

Double-door / zoned isolation design
The front and rear ends of the equipment are equipped with a feed inlet in the contaminated area and a discharge outlet in the clean area, combined with electronic and mechanical double interlocking. It physically isolates the contaminated end and the clean end throughout the process, preventing cross-contamination before and after cage cleaning, and meeting the biosafety standards of BSL-2/3 level animal laboratories.
Modularization and conveying system
The whole machine is assembled in modules, and the number of cleaning sections / drying sections can be increased or decreased according to the site and processing capacity; the conveying system uses a stainless steel mesh belt / silent chain with frequency conversion speed regulation (0.5-5m/min), which is suitable for different cage sizes and cleaning rhythms, ensuring stable and non-jamming conveying.
