ZL1150 gear reducer is a two-stage external meshing involute helical cylindrical gear reducer. The core principle is to reduce speed and increase torque by driving the tooth difference of the large gear with a small gear, converting the high-speed and low torque of the motor into low-speed and high torque at the output end. ‌‌
Core work logic
Input transmission: Power is input through a high-speed shaft, which drives the first stage small helical gear to rotate;
First level deceleration: The small gear meshes with the large gear on the same shaft, causing a decrease in speed and an increase in torque due to the number of driven teeth being greater than that of the driving wheel;
Second level superposition: The second level small gear coaxial with the large gear continues to drive the final level large gear, reducing speed and increasing torque again;
Output matching: The final output is through the low-speed shaft, and the total reduction ratio is the product of the two-stage transmission ratios
