Description

The air-cooled condenser uses air as the cooling medium, and is forced by a fan to flow through copper tubes with fins, taking away the heat of the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant inside the tubes, and cooling and condensing it into liquid state
Heat exchange process
Overheated steam cooling: High temperature and high pressure refrigerant enters the condenser from the compressor, releasing some heat and reducing the temperature to saturation.
Phase change condensation: The gaseous refrigerant gradually liquefies, releasing a large amount of latent heat.
Undercooled liquid: Liquid refrigerant further cools down and improves refrigeration efficiency

Heat dissipation method: Axial flow fan forces air circulation to accelerate heat transfer.
