Description

SA-1324 is a superior methacrylate resin powder. With similar physical properties and performance to DEGALAN® LP 64/12N, It exhibits good adhesion to aluminum and unsaturated polyester, fast drying, excellent salt spray resistance, outstanding weather resistance, lasting color fastness and high gloss. This versatile resin is widely used to protect and enhance the appearance of various automotive components, ensuring they withstand harsh conditions while maintaining their visual appeal.

Technical Translation:

This is a versatile methacrylate adhesive featuring weather resistance, chemical resistance, and lightfastness. It is utilized in UV-curable printing inks, aerosols, marine and container coatings, primers, impregnation treatments, exterior wall coatings, masonry, and road marking applications.

Key compatibility features:

• Miscible with alcohols and exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates including plastics, paper, textiles, and metals

• Suitable for penetrating primers, concrete, and protective coating systems

• Compatible with most PVC copolymers, polystyrene (PS), polycarbonate (PC), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), ester-soluble nitrocellulose, chlorinated rubber, plasticizers, and cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB)/cellulose acetate propionate (CAP)

• Partial compatibility with alkyd resins and epoxy ester resins
