WL-AD394, a high-performance water-based hydroxylated acrylic dispersion offering high gloss, high transparency, excellent recoatability, superior impact resistance and anti-sagging performance. These properties make it particularly suitable for formulating two-component polyurethane coatings, which are widely used in home appliance coatings. The WL-AD394 hydroxyl acrylic resin is used with isocyanate curing agent to prepare excellent two-component polyurethane for topcoats and clear coats on various metal substrates. Storage Condition

The hydroxyl acrylic resin emulsion should be kept in tightly sealed original containers. Stored in a dry and well-ventilated place at temperatures between 5℃ to 30℃. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or UV radiation to avoid changes in the emulsion's composition. Avoid mechanical shear, vigorous shaking or stirring to prevent particle aggregation or emulsion breakdown. Regularly inspect the emulsion for any signs of odor, discoloration, or flocculation.
