Product Introduction

PTFE Wax WQ-P2105C is a low PFOA polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) ultrafine powder micronized through a proprietary process. It features a narrow particle size distribution, excellent dispersibility, and high crystallinity, making it suitable for solvent-based coatings, inks, and powder coating systems.

WQ-P2105C provides outstanding wear and abrasion resistance by forming a durable, low-friction protective layer on the coating surface. It significantly improves scratch resistance, reduces gloss loss after abrasion, and enhances long-term surface durability under repeated mechanical stress.

In addition, the product offers excellent high-temperature stability, good surface smoothness, and balanced gloss control.
