Designed for corrosion-resistant primers and metal floor coatings, its key features include rapid surface drying, wet-on-wet process compatibility, accelerated hardness development, and extended pot life.

The following is a salt spray test of 2K combination coatings made of WL-AD203 waterborne epoxy resin and WL-AC049 epoxy curing agent.

3 different formulas and different colors challenged salt spray resistance for 1000 hours

Test information:

Substrate: cold-rolled steel plate

Drying time: 80 degrees red baking for 2 hours

Film thickness: 50-60um

Test time: one day after the paint is sprayed

Salt spray resistance time: greater than 1000 hours

Single-side peeling width: ≤ 1mm

wet adhesion (1mm): 0 level
