   A: Yes, our trackers require a 4G/LTE SIM card with cellular data, SMS, and voice call capabilities enabled to transmit location data to the server.
2. Q2: Can I track the devices on my own platform?
   A: Absolutely! We support various communication protocols and can provide full API/Protocol documentation to help you integrate our devices seamlessly into your own tracking platform.
3. Q3: What is the warranty period for your products?
   A: We offer a standard 12-month warranty for all our hardware products. During this period, we provide free repairs or replacements for any manufacturing defects.
4. Q4: Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?
   A: Yes, we highly welcome OEM/ODM projects. We can customize the brand logo, packaging, software functions, and even redesign the PCBA according to your specific requirements.
5. Q5: What is the typical lead time for an order?
   A: For sample orders or small batches (under 500 units), the lead time is usually 3-7 working days. For bulk orders or OEM projects, every customized IoT project is unique, but we provide baseline estimates for standard processes:
   Software-Only Customization (e.g., Protocol integration, firmware tweaks): Approximately 25 days.
