The Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor LR015455 is a Genuine OE-grade emissions component for select for Land Rover vehicles with 2.2L diesel (TD4) and 3.0L V6 diesel (TDV6) engines . Also known as an EGT sensor, it monitors exhaust gas temperature to protect critical emissions components from overheating, enabling the ECU to adjust the air-fuel ratio and safeguard the turbo and catalytic converter . This is the front position sensor .
