Detection Principle

(1)The CCD signal transmitted synchronously by the encoder is preprocessed by the acceleration card to further enhance the signal and then continuously compose the image. Preprocessing includes: Fourier analysis, signal noise reduction, image brightness, contrast adjustment, edge sharpening etc.

determining a good product and defective product via AI manually intelligent algorithm.
